Getting the roof watertight quickly stops the damage spreading into ceilings, insulation and electrics, which is where a delayed call gets expensive. Once the weather passes we inspect it properly and price the permanent repair, so the temporary fix is never left as the end of the story.
Where you are claiming on insurance we take photographs and give you a written report to send the insurer. You get a straight account of what is temporary and what still needs doing, and a written price for the permanent repair with nothing added later.
